Gary has over 25 years of substantial alternative asset management, business, securities law, operations, securities regulations, product fund offering (private placement to IPO), C-suite business and legal expertise.  Gary has a deep knowledge of the asset management organization business model as: (i) former managing attorney at a cutting-edge New York City law firm (focus on private equity, hedge fund, venture capital and internet start-ups to IPO practice), (ii) U.S. General Counsel, Chief Legal Counsel and C-level executive across a well- known global investment bank, BNP Paribas and its U.S. asset management subsidiary, (iii) U.S. General Counsel and C-level executive to the global alternative asset management firm, Nikko Asset Management; and (iv) co-founder of the successful launch of an emerging manager hedge fund-private equity trading firm ultimately sold to a strategic investor, XL Reinsurance, a global publicly trading reinsurance company.

Gary is an active member of the New York Bar Association and former member of the Pace University Advisory Board and New York City Securities Regulation Committee.  Gary holds a B.A. and M.D. from Pace University, and J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
