Gary has over 25 years of substantial alternative asset management business, securities law, fund manager operations, securities regulations, hedge, private equity, venture capital fund offering (private placement), initial public offering, C-suite fund manager business and legal expertise.  Deep know how of the alternative asset management business model as: (i) former managing attorney at a cutting-edge New York City law firm (focus on private equity, hedge fund, venture capital and internet start-ups to IPO practice), (ii) U.S. General Counsel, Chief Legal Counsel and C-level executive across a well- known global investment bank, BNP Paribas and its U.S. asset management subsidiary, (iii) U.S. General Counsel and C-level executive to the global alternative asset management firm, Nikko Asset Management; and (iv) co-founder of successful launch of a hybrid hedge fund-private equity fund manager firm to institutional investors and ultimately sold to one of its strategic investor, XL Reinsurance, a global publicly trading reinsurance company.

Gary is an active member of the New York Bar Association and former member of the Pace University Advisory Board and New York City Securities Regulation Committee and a Director on the board of onshore and offshore private fund managers.   Gary holds a B.A. and M.D. from Pace University, and J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
